Aint got a clue what im doing for New Years Eve

I don't have a clue what i am doing for new years eve but i know i ain't staying at home. Last year i was chilling at a mates house playing Pro Evo 4 all night and we didn't even know it hit midnight until we heard people screaming "HAPPY NEW YEAR" out in the streets. As my mate look out the window to see what was going on, i look at the t.v and saw that there was only 89mins into the game left. So i took a chance and pop in another goal. And that made it 3 - 2 to me. As my mate look back and though that he had won, i was just sitting there smiling away and he look again and said " You cheating wanker". And saw that i had won.

When i went back to work and uni. A lot of people ask me what i did for new years eve, i told them that i chilled out at a mates house and played games all night. And every person i told said "That sounds much better then what i did".

A lot of people last year went out and had a lousy time. They seem to forget that all the bars double their prices for drinks and a lot of fast food joints double theirs as well. I am not saying that going out on new years eve is a bad thing, but after spending so much over xmas, where do people find the money to go out on this expensive day. Its just way too expensive for my liking.

Anyways what are you guys up to on new years eve?

Merry Christmas All

Well i've done all my Christmas shopping ( i am now broke), but this time i didn't leave it to the last minute. I will be waiting for the morning to come so i can open all my presents....lol. In a few hours i will be spending my Christmas with family and i will be stuffing myself with turkey.

Wii hacking has begun!!!!!!

It looks look the hacking of the Wii is finally on the way. Here is a video that shows the running supposed Wii backup via the use of a bootloader that is stored on the memory card.

Sleepers (Oldie but a goodie)

I know this film was out back in 1996 but this film is still one of the best films ever made. I recommend this film to who ever that aint seen it and for those who have go and watch it again. It is Directed by Barry Levinson, it stars Robert De Niro who plays Father Bobby and Brad Pitt who plays Michael Sullivan. The film is about four boys growing up in Hell's Kitchen play a prank that leads to an old man getting hurt. Sentenced to no less than one year in the Wilkenson Center in upstate New York, the four friends are changed by the beating, humiliation and sexual abuse by the guards sworn to protect them. Thirteen years later and a chance meeting lead to a chance for revenge against the Wilkenson Center and the guards.

After spending a few hours on Zelda and playing Wii Sports for 20mins or so. Mii Celeb Creation

This is actully really cool. The people over at Gamevideos.com are showing people how is make celebrity by using the Mii channel. They did a really good job on creating Miyamoto and im not to sure about Reggie. They also did Hitler, Jesus and Bush.

Hellgate:London coming for the PC

This game looks promising but i wont get my hopes up just yet. Hellgate:London looks alot like your first-person shooter but its actaully an in-depth RPG with all the timmings. The game is base in good old London and you as humans have to fight your way throught waves of evil demons who have invaded a near-future version of our world. I dont know if you can play as the demons aswell but wont that been great if you could. This game also has a cooperative mode where you and some friends can play via lan or via the internet (cooperative mode WoooHoooo).

It doesn't show any gameplay or anything at all, but at lest we know its coming out.

PS3 delayed in Europe until September 07?

Sony's head of Worldwide Studios Phil Harrison recently told Official PlayStation Magazine that he wouldn't like to make any definitive statements about the March rollout for PS3.Sony quickly followed that up with a statement re-confirming PS3 is on track for March 2007 across Europe. But speculation of a further delay just won't go away.High placed sources within the industry have already been tipping April as a more realistic launch window the for console. But a source has told CVG that a PS3 delay as far back as September 2007 is now far more likely, pointing the finger of delay at - yes you guessed it - "component shortages". And let's face it, you don't launch a console in summer. When contacted this morning a Sony UK spokesperson told CVG that "We're 100 percent on track for a March release".

Final Fantasy Tactics being updated for the PSP

It looks like the Sony PSP if finally getting a Final Fantasy game.

The game will include some extras like, cartoon like movies for telling the story and some new jobs. Not forgetting the game will be displayed in a nice 16:9 widescreen feeling.
As of now, there's no release date for Final Fantasy Tactics, but i'll be sure to bring you further info when it is revealed.

Halo 3 trailer

Dont know if you guys have seen this yet but here is the new trailer for Halo 3. After watching it, i was wonundering who are the two kids talking? Is it Master Chief when is was little? I guess we will find out when the game comes out sometime in 2007.

I really dont know what they are saying but i'm guessing that while they watch the video of the guy trying to speck english, they can't laugh. They get some hard punishment with a stick. Watch the bit where the poor guy is trying to count to 100. (Its sooooo funny)

Computer wall art

"Mauritian Sunset" was made for the 'Great Artspectations' exhibition at The Embassy Gallery in Edinburgh. A relatively small gallery, and another 2 artists to share the space with, meant that the work had to be as self contained as possible. As the gallery also had large windows, letting in light which could ruin the soft lighting effects of the work, the wall had to be as 'perfect' and light-proof as possible.

The resulting wall stretched accross the centre of the main room of the gallery, wall to wall and floor to ceiling, the rear of the computers facing the windows onto the street. A small doorway was built into the wall, only five and a half foot tall, and two foot wide. The monitors facing forwards showed flat colour, working over the wall to create a rough gradient representation of a classic sunset.

Wii-Mote knocks out kid

Well not really knock out....lol, little Jacobs here is the first Wii-related injury and lets hope he is ok. what happen here was little Jacob's cousin was playing Wii sports (Baseball i think) and as he swings the Wii-mote. He sends it flying in the air, straight in to little Jacob's face. Now lets see if Nintendo gives crash halmet's with the Wii package.
